Real Estate Word of the Day : Homeowner’s Association
Today’s real estate word of the day is homeowners association, Shana hit it.
Homeowners Association is a nonprofit association that manages the common areas of a planned unit development, or PUB is the acronym or condominium project in a condominium project. It has no ownership interest in the common elements in a pod project. It holds title to the common elements.
Ok, so homeowners association, I debate if they’re for profit or not for profit, I feel a lot of things.
But you know what? That’s all going to change right now. It is. We have some new laws in place hopefully. Keeps homeowner associations honest and. Would you close it out?
