And it is called relocation diffusion. So I’m going to let Hannah read the definition. Can you.
Do we have it right now? OK, awesome. I thought I was just going to wing it and make it a relocation. Diffusion occurs when people move from their original location to another and bring their innovations with them. Immigration from country to country, city to city, etc. as they relocate to a new location, they bring their ideas, their cultural traditions such as food, music and more.
Right. So let’s use this in a sentence.
Ok, well, I think that one of the reasons Texas has so many amazing Tex Mex restaurants is because of relocation diffusion, where people have perhaps moved from Mexico and brought their amazing family recipes and started restaurants. And then we put our own spin on it.
And now we’re known for our amazing margarita. In fact. Absolutely. And we love it, right? Yeah. So, you know, I think that’s really amazing. I mean, I think you’re right. That’s why we have some so much great all these different types of restaurants and cuisines here. So keep coming. But you guys should know that word.
