Google my business and reviews. And how does that relate to you as a real estate agent? So let’s go ahead and take a look. What we’re going to do is pull up on this other screen over here. We’re going to pull up the Google my business review section. And this is going to be important for you. I’m going to give you a couple of tips that’ll help you out directly as the agent going forward.

So I’m going to give you one simple task to do today. And remember that tomorrow is agent meetings. So I’ll be able to check on this and ensure that everyone’s got this done. So please take note of this. I might call you out if you don’t have it done tomorrow. It’s only going to take you a moment. So what you’ll first want to do is pull up this page.

And how you’ll do that is go to your Google browser or whichever browser you feel like, type in Acquisto Real Estate. Once you do that, you’re going to have a results page that comes up in. Google is going to have some information for you. Once you get there, click on reviews, OK? Once you have the reviews pulled up, then you’re going to go ahead and post a new review that’s going to kind of be key. You’re going to be logged in as a Google user with your Google account, and we’re going to leave a review.

So this is exactly where you’ll be looking. Yeah, Omkar showing that right now, currently there are fifty nine reviews with a four point nine average star rating. And we’re going to work on that here for just a second and we’re going to put some links in that are going to help you as an agent.

So what we’re going to do is go in there and you as an agent are going to leave a review. But the review is going to be kind of about you and that’s going to help you out. So what we’re going to do is I’ll give you an example of one possible review you could leave and why you would potentially leave that exact review. OK, so you might log in as yourself and I’ll represent how I would leave that review.

So I would log in as my Acquisto and publicly be posting under my Google account. And I would say something like, it has been a pleasure to work with Shana Acquisto, real estate broker and co-owner with Acquisto Real Estate for the last 20 years. She’s an amazing individual. She does a great job and she truly cares about each one of her clients as her husband, fully stating exactly what that is. Right. I love working with all the people that we work with. I especially like. And then you could put in some different people’s names or whatever that happens to be to show some stuff off.

They truly care. They do a great job passing the praise. It’s a fun work environment, whatever else you’d like to say about that. And then at the end, I might say something along the lines and this would be an important point. And I would put probably a five star rating for a quiz for real estate and I would put a link to a quiz show, AcquistoReal, and that would go directly to me. And why that’s important is that’s going to be an inbound link from Google.

It’s going to mention myself as a real estate agent in my name. So I would put in the stuff that’s important to me in that description for SEO purposes so that it stands out. So I would say that in there, if it was important to you and you’re an agent that likes to work with specific types of clients within specific areas or price points or neighborhoods, go ahead and put that stuff in. All those things are going to show up on SEO for you and your name attributed with those are going to be there.

It’ll also help with inbound links to your site, your name. All of it gets referenced more. We’re going to be pushing and pushing and pushing and moving people to your Acquisto real page, backslash agent name. And that is the task for today. OK, so that was one example. Take that. Utilize it yourself, make it personalized for you. Say maybe why you like working here, Bloche on somebody else and give them some place that you work with that maybe it’s really exciting. Last time I saw this person, they did this for me.
