Today’s real estate word of the day is eviction or no one wants that. Let’s go ahead and define the word, use it in a sentence and then quickly discuss it. Eviction is the lawful expulsion of an occupant from real property. There’s a definition. Use it in a sentence. Johnny didn’t pay his rent, so he got evicted.
There you go, using the sentence to discuss it, kind of got to throw someone out of the property if they’re not paying, it only makes sense. During this pandemic, we had a stay on evictions or people didn’t have to get out of their properties.
All that does is put the problem in the future and just wait for another day. My political opinion, get them out. If you can’t pay, let’s move on.
