Today’s real estate word of the day is education. First, we’re going to go ahead and define it. We’re going to use it in a sentence and then we’ll discuss it real quick. So I brought with me a smarty pants using it to define the word force and read it. Let’s go ahead, Tanner.

Cool. So education is the process of receiving or giving systematic instruction, especially at a school or university.

So that’s what education is and where you are receiving your current education at Columbia University. Very good. And you also do research at The Lamont Doherty Earth Observatory. And you have previously studied in Paris at

The Earth Physics Institute of the Of Paris.

And previously you got your undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University.

All right. Can I hope that’s allowed? I think you could. All right. We were told we could,

So I did. And regardless, Tanner, thank you for defining education. Education is extremely important in in real estate, because that’s one of the first things that somebody wants to consider when they’re going to purchase a home. And you actually went through and one of the big reasons we moved was specifically for education. That’s why we look at why we live. Where we do live now is because of the education of Frisco ISD. And you were a student in The Graduate there as well.

So there we go. We’ve used in a sentence. We’ve defined it and we’ve discussed it briefly. Is your education important to you? I think so. You think so? Yeah. Yeah, yeah. All right. It’s not that important. I spend a lot of time on it.
