Today’s real estate word of the day is done by the Home Office, who doesn’t want that? There’s two of us and there’s two desks behind us. It’s a nice one. So look, what we have to first do is define the word sentence and then briefly discuss that definition.

Double Home Office seems kind of self-explanatory, but a new trend in real estate with the pandemic has shifted both working individuals home. This has created the need for two home offices to deal with noises from video conferences such as Zoom. This is a drastically decreasing commuting time for workers, while possibly increasing work hours. It definitely increases work hours.

You know, that was a sense, but you go ahead. Very good. So we’re going to go ahead and use this in a sentence like Mike Acquisto thing says two of the best words in the English language use back to back our home and office and specifically double home offices are even better than just one office. Mm hmm. Because I don’t want to be working out of the bathroom tub. Mm hmm. And got no time for that. So, Susan, at. All right, and then discuss it just a little bit, I see it’s a huge, huge trend and I see it continuing for a very, very long time.

I think the Home Office has been a trend, but now the double. And yeah, we started seeing that really before the pandemic. We had a listing and prosper and they had two offices. So, you know, I think I think it’s I definitely think it’s a thing in some of the homes they don’t like, they only have one. So how do you what do you do?

Yeah, right. You don’t do it at all.

That’s where you can provide some value. Yes. Offers some suggestions.

Oh, that’s a great point. Jonah, you have such good ideas. So we’ve been double home office now for double decades. For 20 years.

It’s like an age, right, like when you get a certain age, it’s just days that like we just say 20 years all the time. Yeah, it’s been longer. It’s been shorter. And who even knows? But I know that we’re done with time.
