    • I think this time of year I look back at how I did last year and how can I improve my numbers

  • Look at your sales funnel
    • How did you get the business?
  • Be top of mind
    • Reach out to past clients throughout the year
    • Be true to who you are so you get the business
  • Quality of service
    • This is how you get referrals
    • Make it easy to be referred- don’t put up obstacles/ barriers- say yes to the client and be present and accountable
    • Never sacrifice your service
    • Be consistent
    • People want instant gratification
    • Be available
    • Think of different ways to be in front of clients- engagement- social media, text, call, email, etc.
    • Stay in front of the people that got you where you are

      • Agent Videos- Videos will feed in from the playlist of videos that you are in-You can choose which 6 videos you want to put where

      • Social profiles linked and updated (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
      • Awards and Certifications- Volunteer Work, etc.
      • Reviews
      • Real Estate Skills (Things that you are good with- New Home Buyer Specialist, Relocation Expert, Move-Up Buyer, Luxury Listing Specialist, etc.) – What is the consumer on the other side thinking when they go to select an agent? – Neighborhood/ area specialist, etc.
      • Images (How can you connect with a prospect?) – Up to 4 different sections/ categories
